Mark Cuban Demands Info on SEC ‘Bounty’

WASHINGTON (CN) - Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban demands that the SEC produce documents about any investigation it may have conducted into his companies, their directors or employees, including his NBA team, HDNet, and Copernic fka Mamma.com. Cuban also wants to see "any 'Application for Award of a Bounty' filed in conjunction with the civil enforcement action the SEC filed against Mr. Cuban on Nov. 18, 2008, in the U.S. District Court" in Dallas.

In his federal FOIA complaint, Cuban also demands "any internal investigation of SEC Trial Counsel Jeffrey B. Norris relating to his interactions with Mr. Cuban and his complaints about Mr. Cuban to others".
