DETROIT (CN) - An English promoter promised Mario Andretti $250,000 to endorse its "Cannonball 8000" European road rally last year, timed to coincide with an IPO of Cannonball shares in the U.S. pink sheets, but paid Andretti less than $20,000, the racecar driver claims in Federal Court.
