CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. — A federal court in New York remanded an anonymous woman’s sexual assault claims against rock musician Marilyn Manson and negligence claims against his record labels for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. She could not show that her injuries and medical costs met the $75,000 threshold for the claims to be heard in federal court.
