Marijuana Licenses

An appeals court in Missouri upheld an order compelling the state’s health services department to produce certain information relating to medical marijuana license applicants. Given that applications are ranked against each other, the “only way to determine” whether the department arbitrarily denied certain applications is to compare the data in them, the court ruled.
