A federal court in California ruled against medical marijuana growers who claimed Shasta County violated their rights when it enacted a county ordinance banning the outdoor cultivation of marijuana. There is no “fundamental right to collectively cultivate marijuana,” the court ruled.

There is no “fundamental right to collectively cultivate marijuana,” the court ruled.
