Man Won’t Quit Scamming, Colorado Says

DENVER (CN) - Fred LeBoeuf and his company, Sterling Partners, bilked investors of $200,000 for putative oil and gas leases through a telemarketing scam, and LeBoeuf spent most of the money on himself, the Colorado Securities Commission claims in Denver County Court. This after LeBoeuf and his company Sterling Petroleum Products bilked an elderly man with dementia of more than $1 million, for which litigation is pending, the Commission says.
