Man Voted Early And Too Often

ST. LOUIS (CN) - A man pleaded guilty to federal election fraud after voting an absentee ballot sent to his dead mother. Joel L. Neal, 55, applied for an absentee ballot in January on behalf of his mother, who had died in October.

Neal faces up to five years in prison on each of two felony counts, and fines of $5,000 for submitting false information and $250,000 for election fraud.
