Man Sues DEA for Records on Missing Brother

ATLANTA (CN) - A man demands that the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration produce records on his brother, who disappeared in 1998 while working as a DEA informant. Julian White says the DEA withheld 46 pages on his brother, Moses White III.

White wants to see the record. He is represented in Federal Court by Gerald Weber.
