LAS VEGAS (CN) - An investor claims Innovative Mining Technology and the father and sons who run it cheated him of $1.1 million by claiming they had a "secret" patented formula that could extract more gold from ore than any other process. He claims Rafi Calif, of Israel, and his sons, Ben and Yaniv Calif of Las Vegas, knew it was a lie when Rafi said it.
Nimrod Barashy wants his $1,130,000 back, and punitive damages, in Clark County Court. He is represented by Frederic Berkley with Sklar Williams.
