Man Says Ex-Wife Bugged Daughter’s Teddy Bear

OMAHA (CN) - A man claims his ex-wife bugged their child's teddy bear to get evidence to use against him. In suing his former wife and her law firm, the plaintiff says the teddy bear was bugged after he sought custody of the couple's daughter.

William Lewton claims the teddy bear bugging by former wife Dianna Divingnzzo violated his privacy and violated state and federal wiretap laws.

He also sued his ex father-in-law, and his ex wife's law firm. He seeks monetary damages.

He is represented by John Kinney in Federal Court.
