Man Gets Joint Custody Despite Results| Of DNA Test, Kentucky Supreme Court Rules

FRANKFORT, KY. (CN) - The Kentucky Supreme Court ruled that a man whom DNA tests proved was not the father of his child was rightfully awarded joint custody. The mother never informed him he was not the father before the judicial proceedings, and she encouraged the father-son relationship. Affirmed. See ruling in Hinshaw v Hinshaw.
