Man Demands Refund on $2,000 Baseball

INDIANAPOLIS (CN) - A baseball fan claims he paid Nevada-based Xtreme Collectibles $2,000 for a "PSA/DNA authenticated" baseball signed by Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris. He says he spent $50 more to have it examined by PSA/DNA, an authentication service, and the company gave him 10 reasons why the ball could not be authenticated.

Dan Jordan wants his money back and treble damages. He is represented in Marion County Court by William Niemier of New Palestine, Ind.
