Man Charged With|Threatening Judge

ST. LOUIS (CN) - A 56-year-old man was charged with felony tampering with a judicial officer: making threatening phone calls to St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce. Police say Jerry Jones admitted he made the calls on Feb. 4 and 5.

Police say Jones threatened a receptionist and Judge Joyce during several calls on two days. Jones is being held on $25,000 bail.
