Kadish worked as a mechanical engineer at the Arsenal from 1963 to 1990. He removed photographed classified information occurred from 1980 to 1985.

Kadish faces a maximum of 5 years in prison but according to the plea agreement, the government "does not oppose, and will not object to, a non-incarceratory sentence" for the 85 year-old man.
