An appeals court in Indiana upheld a ruling in favor of Simon Property Group that prohibited Abercrombie & Fitch from permanently closing its retail stores in Simon’s malls, finding the effects of a mass store closing, “along with the consequences of the pandemic,” supports the grant of a preliminary injunction.
