LOS ANGELES (CN) - Brooke Sheen made her "personal assistant" work as a drug mule and babysit her children while she got "wasted" and engaged in "multiple sex acts ... literally under the noses of her children," the actress's former employee claimed in court Wednesday.
Lior Masaphor sued Brooke Mueller aka Brooke Sheen on Wednesday in Superior Court.
Masaphor claims that he worked for the actress from December 2012 until March 2103.
In that time, he claims, the actress stiffed him for overtime, paying him $2,400 a month for virtually round-the-clock duties.
He claims that Sheen made him witness "reprehensible acts," including "forcing plaintiff to act as a drug mule, drug mule, forcing plaintiff to transport illegal drugs for defendants, forcing plaintiff to watch over defendant's children in order that defendants could get so high as to be literally 'wasted,' and or engage in multiple sex acts with third persons literally under the noses of and in the actual presence of
6plaintiff and defendant's children. ... These reprehensible acts, but not so limited, all occurred while plaintiff was a minor in the defendant's employ."
Masaphor seeks damages for failure to pay wages and overtime, unfair business practices, hostile work environment, and negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
