AKRON, Ohio – FirstPower Group claims in federal court that WD-40 Company is selling lubricating oil products that infringe on its “EZ REACH” trademark, after WD-40’s trademark application for a similar phrase was denied seven times.

The defendants are WD-40 Company, WD-40 Manufacturing Company, Wal-Mart Stores East LP, Lowe’s Home Centers LLC, Home Depot U.S.A. Inc., The Home Depot Inc. and John Does 1-10.
