The Seventh Circuit upheld the denial of an inmate’s request to marry his former prison psychologist, finding that the couple “engaged in a pattern of deception to further their relationship." 

WAUPUN, Wis. – The Seventh Circuit upheld the denial of an inmate’s request to marry his former prison psychologist, finding that the couple “engaged in a pattern of deception to further their relationship." 

The court noted the decision is not permanent, and the couple may submit another request in the future.
