Louisiana abortion access curtailed

BATON ROUGE, La. — A federal judge in Louisiana vacated a permanent injunction that had kept the state from enforcing a law requiring doctors who perform abortions in the state to have “active admitting privileges” at a hospital within 30 miles of the facility where abortions are performed.
