Lost Lincoln

Two Illinois residents accuse the Discovery Channel, a production company and others of violating a nondisclosure agreement and misappropriating 24 years of research to authenticate the last photograph of President Abraham Lincoln, taken on his deathbed. The network intends to air “Undiscovered: The Lost Lincoln,” based on plaintiffs’ work, on Oct. 4.
