Lohan Wants a Court Order Against Stalker

SANTA MONICA (CN) - Starlet Lindsay Lohan filed for a restraining order against a man who she says is stalking her and has called and texted her more than 100 times in the last two years.

The petition describes David Cocordan, aka David Hilton aka Alexis Hilton aka Elexia, as a 38-year-old, 280-pound man from Glendora, Calif.

"In the last four weeks, Mr. Cocordan's behavior has escalated significantly, and he has come to my private residence at least three different times and has left me packages containing a heart shaped box of chocolates and extensive magazine articles about me with Mr. Cocordan's name written into the articles as if they were about the two of us," Lohan wrote in an affidavit.

On May 11, Cocordan texted Lohan: "I'm glad we're engaged," according to the two-page statement.

On April 24, another text allegedly read: "Did u get all the stuff i threw over ur back gate friday the sheriff told me everythings going to be ok when i was in ur court room i saw u and ur dad did u see me??"

Lohan says she fears for her personal safety and for the safety of her loved ones. The actress is represented by Blair Berk with Tarlow and Berk of Los Angeles.
