The Klamath-Siskiyou Wildlands Center et al. sued the U.S. Bureau of Land Management in federal court, claiming it illegally approved the Griffin Half Moon Timber Sale of 9.8 million board feet of timber in the Ashland Resource Area, home to protected Pacific fishers and great gray owls.
