Local Chain Must Pay $1 Million to CBS

(CN) - A Superior Court judge in Los Angeles ordered Roberts Broadcasting to pay $1 million it owes to CBS for licensing fees for syndicated TV shows.

Judge Charles McCoy found against St. Louis-based Roberts this month.

CBS Studios and King World Production, subsidiaries of CBS, filed the complaint in April 2010.
