Loan Business Too Rough, Woman Says

CHESAPEAKE, Md. (CN) - A woman claims that after she paid off a $900 loan at LoanSmart - which charges 264 percent annual interest for auto loans - and demanded the title of her car, a security guard knocked her down, choked her, jumped on her back, broke her foot and battered and bruised her.
