Litigation Continues To Keep Snowmobiles Out Of Yellowstone & Teton National Parks

WASHINGTON (CN) - Two federal lawsuits challenge the Department of the Interior and National Park Service's plan to let 540 snowmobiles a day into Yellowstone National Park, and more snowmobilies into Grand Teton National Park and the John D. Rockefeller National Parkway. Defendants ignored their own rules and overrode their own experts to permit it. See a sample complaint.
