WASHINGTON (CN) - Liquid phencyclidine, or liquid PCP, is explosive, flammable, poisonous, corrosive and toxic. The Justice Department has changed the regulations for contraband liquid PCP, so most found by DEA and FBI agents will be destroyed.
Now, only 28.35 grams of "a liquid containing a detectable amount of phencyclidine" may be kept as evidence from a bust. Click here for details and other new regulations, including Medicaid and Medicare changes.
