Lingerie Model Claims|Her Wages Were Skimpy

LOS ANGELES (CN) - A model claims the owner of Dreamgirl Lingerie breached her one-year exclusive modeling contract by booking just four of the 13 photo shoots it promised, stiffing her on the $2,700 per day she should have earned for the remaining nine shoots.

In August 2008, model Sarah Stage says she signed an exclusive modeling contract with Lovin' Enterprises and owner Christopher Scharff, who guaranteed to book her "no less than" 13 shoots at a rate of $2,700 per day.

She says Scharff and his company failed to deliver the shoots and reneged on their agreement to pay her for at least 13 gigs.

"Defendants refused and willfully failed to pay Plaintiff any amount of money," Stage claims in Superior Court.

She demands full payment and punitive damages. Her attorney is Clark McCutchen.
