HOUSTON – A premises liability claim against the Houston Texans, brought by a former Philadelphia Eagles player who suffered a “career-ending” injury during an away game, falls within the scope of a valid arbitration agreement, a Texas appeals court judge ruled. 

DeMeco Ryans alleged the Texans negligently chose "an unreasonably dangerous design" for their field.
