LOS ANGELES (CN) - An Angeleno claims in court that he's still suffering from Lindsay Lohan rear-ending him with her Porsche in June 2012 - an accident at which he says "a bag of pills and a water bottle smelling of alcohol were found."
James Johnson sued Lindsay Lohan and Crossheart Productions, in Superior Court.
Johnson claims Lohan smacked a black 2012 Porsche 911S into his car on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica at 11:42 a.m. on June 8, 2012. He says she was driving faster than 60 mph.
"Lohan failed to stop and/or slow for traffic conditions and slammed her vehicle into the rear of plaintiff's vehicle," the lawsuit states. "At the scene of the collision both a bag of pills and a water bottle smelling of alcohol were found. Further, defendant Lohan stated to police officers and emergency responders that she was not the driver of the vehicle. It was later determined that Lohan was in fact the driver of the subject vehicle at the time of the collision."
Johnson claims that the Porsche was owner, rented or leased by Crossheart Productions, which "entrusted" it to Lohan.
He seeks damages and punitive for medical expenses, negligence, and negligent entrustment: "permitting defendant Lohan to operate a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other controlled substances."
He is represented by James Vittitoe, of Westlake Village.
