Lindsay Lohan Carjacked Them, Say Three in Filing

SANTA MONICA (CN) - Three people say Lindsay Lohan swiped their car with them in it and led them on a terrifying ride down the Pacific Coast Highway last year as Lohan chased her assistant in a drunken rage after leaving a party. The ride ended with Lohan being arrested for DUI, but not until she lied to police and told them "the black guy" was driving, according to the Superior Court complaint.

According to the complaint:

Plaintiffs Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter, and Dante Nigro say they went to a party in Malibu with their friend "Dan" on July 23, 2007. Dan is or was the boyfriend of Lohan's assistant, Taryn. Blake and Nigro were not allowed into the party, so they stayed outside in Nigro's car, a 2004 Denali, while Dan and Sutter went inside.

As Dan and Sutter returned, Lohan allegedly followed Taryn out of the house, in a drunken rage. Dan went over to protect her, at which point Lohan allegedly jumped into the Denali and took off after Taryn, with Blake, Sutter and Nigro unwillingly along for the ride.

All three plaintiffs say they were terrified, as it was obvious that Lohan was drunk. All say they know people who had died in drunk driving accidents.

They say Lohan refused their repeated cries to stop, telling them that "she did not care about the risk of death" and that "because she was a celebrity she could do whatever she wants."

She allegedly told Nigro if he touched her, she would sue him.

They say she drove them faster than 60 mph down the Pacific Coast Highway, running red lights and stop signs.

Lohan allegedly lost track of Taryn, drove to Taryn's mother's house, where Taryn's mom happened to be pulling up at the same time. Nigro claims he got out of the Denali and went to see if Taryn was in her mom's car, hoping that if she were, it would appease Lohan. But she wasn't, he says, so he got back in the shotgun seat of his own car, to try to wrest control from Lohan, but she sped off again.

Taryn's mom allegedly led them to the Santa Monica police station, where Lohan finally dismounted, and told police "that she was not driving the SUV, and that 'the black guy' (Jakon) was driving. The police questioned Jakon and Dante, administered field sobriety tests to Lohan, and arrested her," the complaint states.

Plaintiffs say it was Lohan's second drunk-driving arrest within 90 days, and that "at the time of that second arrest, Lohan was also found to be in possession of cocaine."

She was convicted of drunk driving, the complaint states.

Plaintiffs demand damages for assault and battery, false imprisonment, conversion, trespass, slander, emotional distress and negligence.

They are represented by Randall Billington of Irvine.
