Lin Wood

WILMINGTON, Del — The Delaware Supreme Court vacated an order revoking attorney Lin Wood’s application for admission to practice in former Trump adviser Carter Page’s defamation suit against online news company Oath Inc. The lower court indicated it was concerned with Wood’s conduct in cases relating to the 2020 presidential election, but the high court ruled it improperly precluded Wood’s own motion to withdraw, given that the allegations against him had not been adjudicated and had not affected proceedings.
