The Texas Supreme Court denied the Cook Children’s Medical Center’s emergency motion to expedite a ruling in a fight over whether or not to take 1-year-old Tinslee Lewis off of life support. The child has severe lung and heart issues and the hospital insists she’s in constant pain and will never improve.
