Lie in court, lose your suit

LAS VEGAS — A Nevada federal court granted summary judgment to Lowe’s on a former employee’s disability discrimination lawsuit. Dismissal is warranted as sanctions because the former employee attempted to deceive the court by submitting fraudulent health care paperwork as evidence.
