Libertarian Presidential Candidate Says|Oklahoma’s Rules Are Unconstitutional

OKLAHOMA CITY (CN) - Bob Barr, Libertarian candidate for president, claims the State of Oklahoma's election laws unconstitutionally ban write-in votes, discriminating against minor party candidates. Co-plaintiffs say they will be disenfranchised because if they can't vote for Barr, they won't vote.

Barr is represented by James Linger of Tulsa.
