The De Sart family claims General Motors never warned them that the Oldsmobile Silhouette has a dangerous tendency to stall. They say it stalled on a railroad track and Lucien De Sart was hit by a train and died, in Ventura County Court, Calif.

In our Ironic Complaint of the Day, a mother has sued Geoff Chelich, the Archdiocese of Chicago, St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, and Cardinal Joseph Bernardin Catholic School in Cook County Court, claiming her son was bullied and punched in the face by fellow students in a religious education program.
