Taser International made the defective stun guns that Des Plaines police officers used to kill Hansel Cunningham III, his estate claims in Cook County Court.
Pilot Larry Couch and his passenger Teddy Hudson say they were permanently injured in the crash of a defective Piper PA-32RT-300, whose engine lost power in flight. They sued Honeywell International, Textron, Teledyne Continental Motors, John Jewell Aircraft, Aircraft Specialties Services, Crankcase Services USA, Mike's Aircraft Fuel Metering Service, Electronics International, and George A. Durham Jr., in Louisville Federal Court.
