A couple claims their minor son got salmonella food poisoning on a Chautauqua Airlines, Piedmont Airlines, US Airways flight, in Marion County Court, Indianapolis.
A woman claims the Holiday Inn of Jacksonville Airport gave a third party information about the room she occupied, and he used it to enter the room and assault her, and that the hotel then moved her to a new room and cleaned up the first one, destroying evidence of the attack before the police could see it, in Duval County Court.
