A man claims his leg had to be amputated below the knee after he injured it using the "Twister II Batch Maker" machine made by Bouldin & Lawson LLC, in Huntsville, Ala., Federal Court.

Three class-action complaints in Louisville Federal Court accuse General Electric Capital Services, General Electric Railcar Services Corp., and Genesee & Wyoming of negligence, property damage and personal injuries from a Jan. 16, 2007 derailment, explosion and release of toxic chemicals in Bullitt County, Ky.
