Two children were hospitalized with e. coli poisoning caused by beef that Rochester Meat Co. provided to non-party Tony Roma's Restaurant in Fitchburg, Wisc., the kids' parents claim in Madison Federal Court. They say the poisoning came from 188,000 lbs. of Rochester beef that was recalled on Jan. 12.

Kenneth Graves died in a helicopter crash cause by Cappsco International's defective gearbox components, his survivors claim in Pima County Court, Tucson.
