Flash Airlines Flight 604 crashed into the Red Sea near Sharm el-Sheik, Egypt, on Jan. 3, 2004, because of a defective SP-300 Digital Flight Control System, survivors of two of the 135 passengers who died say in a claim against Boeing and Honeywell, in Chicago Federal Court.
