Liability

The estates of 42 people who died in the Sept. 16, 2007 crash of One Two Go Flight 269 in Phuket, Thailand, say Boeing and McDonnell Douglas caused or contributed to the crash by a poor tail rudder control system and insufficiently powered engine in the doomed McDonnell Douglas MD-82 aircraft, in Cook County Court.
