Defective engine components made by Rolls-Royce Corp., GM, Allison Engine Co., L-3 Communications and others caused the March 1, 2007 Kiowa Warrior helicopter crash that injured U.S. Army crew members, the servicemen and their families claim in Dallas County Court.
The other defendants are: Dallas Airmotive Inc. dba Premier Turbines, H&S Aviation, Vector Aerospace Corp., Aerospace LLC, Dyncorp International, BBA Aviation PLC, Rolls-Royce Engine Services Oakland Inc., Standard Aero Inc., Aerospace Enterprises Co., Keystone Helicopter Corp. and Aviall Services.
Sears Roebuck's use of unlicensed agents and improper equipment to install water lines for refrigerator icemakers has contaminated water supplies and damaged plumbing systems, a class action claims in Montgomery County Court.
