Lev Parnas

MANHATTAN — A federal court in New York denied Lev Parnas’ request for acquittal or a new trial on election fraud charges. Parnas, a former business associate of Rudy Giuliani, was convicted in October for his role in a scheme involving a conspiracy to use and disguise a foreign national’s money for campaign contributions to candidates in U.S. elections.
