Lending practices

SAN FRANCISCO — A federal court in California dismissed the city of Oakland’s suit against Wells Fargo over allegedly racist lending practices, after the Ninth Circuit ruled last fall that the link between the bank’s practices and the city’s lost tax income was too remote.
