Legislative Immunity

Legislative immunity does not protect statements Minnesota state Representative John Lesch made about St. Paul City Attorney Lyndsey Olson in a letter sent to the city’s mayor, the state’s Supreme Court ruled. Olson is suing Lesch for defamation.
