Legal Secretary Claims Co-Worker|Assaulted Him with Biological Weapon

AUSTIN (CN) - A former legal secretary with Fulbright & Jaworski claims a co-worker "assaulted [him] in the eye with a biological weapon consisting of the shingles virus." Larry Hines' complaint in Travis County Court does not state how the virus was delivered.

Hines sued Fulbright & Jaworski and the co-worker he claims assaulted him, Carolyn Collins Ostrom.

In his pro se complaint, Hines claims Fulbright & Jaworski "immediately terminated" him after he reported that "he had been physically assaulted by defendant Carolyn Collins Ostrom."

Hines seeks damages for medical expenses, pain and suffering, loss of earning capacity, loss of eyesight, loss of mental function and fear of future disease or condition.
