SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A California woman is suing Lyft for $1 million over a ride in which she says a driver picked her up in a dirty car, repeatedly said "I need to charge" without explanation and ultimately abandoned her on a dark, rural road at 1:30 a.m. The woman says Lyft offered her a $200 settlement and only deactivated the driver after the incident gained media attention.
