Lead ammo

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit revived a lawsuit Thursday seeking to require the U.S. Forest Service to do something about lead ammunition in Arizona’s Kaibab National Forest, finding the court has jurisdiction to decide whether the harm caused by spent lead ammo should be mitigated.
