Terry Christensen, lead partner in the 110-lawyer Los Angeles entertainment firm of Christensen Glaser, was found guilty Friday of wiretapping charges tied to a phone tap on the ex-wife of Christensen's long-time client, billionaire Kirk Kerkorian, during a 2002 child support battle.
The conviction comes on top of earlier convictions of both Christensen and notorious Hollywood private eye Anthony Pellicano. The government presented evidence that Christense paid Pellicano at least $100,000 to listen in on Bonder Kerkorian's phone calls, including those made to her lawyer.
Pellicano then turned around and taped his conversations with Christensen, sealing the lawyer's fate.
