Lawsuit Alleges World-Class Chutzpah

NEW ORLEANS (CN) - Is chutzpah illegal? Tri-Parish Barge claims that Saba Dredging cut a Tri-Parish barge loose from its dock, towed it away, and then tried to sell the barge back to Tri-Parish, claiming it was a different barge than that other one. Tri-Parish claims it has discovered correspondence between Saba and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in which the Saba seeks, and receives, permission to move the barge, the "Chickasaw," under false pretenses.
